Excellent service especially on a bank holiday, I needed urgent medication and they were the only pharmacy that supplied it. The staff are very welcoming and friendly they tried their best to help me for that I am very grateful. They were also very efficient, reliable and professional. Thank you Sir you made my day yesterday. God bless you.

I and my Partner, have visited this Pharmacy (Larchwood) on 2 occasion and were served by “Gory” on both occasion, in serving us, “Gory” demonstrated a high level of customer service skills, full of energy with enthusiasm. She attended us with humor, respect and dignity, her communication skill is phenomenally superb to the extent that my wife requested to speak to the manager or enter feedback of our experience and our visit to the pharmacy. “Gory” is a genius, and we sincerely appreciate Larchwood Pharmacy for having such a dynamic young energetic staff of a material on its front line for our service - we sincerely and truly remain grateful to her and to the establishment (Larchwood). We are so lucky to have places like this. A really fantastic little pharmacy, everyone is always so willing to help, and you always get a nice, friendly, personal touch from their down to earth staff. Even when they don't have what you are looking for, they will give you advice on how to get it. I guess you could say they are like friends of the community. Great place - thank you.

Five star service from the (male)Pharmacist. Patiently listens to symptoms and concerns and advises accordingly. Not just advising what cough mixture to try but suggesting other steps to support the medication. The very next day I experienced improvement. On previous occasions he advised on coping with sciatica and also treating tired eyes.
I highly recommend the services of this pharmacist and sincerely hope he will inspire the other staff who have a lot to learn from him.

I cannot praise the staff highly enough. The level of service, assistance and professionalism is second to none. My family and I have used this pharmacy for well over 25 years that in itself tells the story of how good they are.

Larchwood is a local pharmacy, but with a difference: independent professional with care. Thank you to Kajal and the team for sorting my wife’s specials prescription today. It would have been particularly difficult to manage this order that was placed particularly late on Friday but had to be managed over the weekend, but they kept us informed, and got the medication ready by Monday. So very impressed!

Searching for a local pharmacy on Christmas Day 2022 I came upon Larchwood Pharmacy who were the first out of 6 supposedly “open” pharmacies to actually answer their phone. They were incredibly helpful, found my electronic prescription that the 111 GP had just dispensed, had drugs in stock and advised they would prepare it immediately. Best of all - they ended up only being a 10 minute drive away. Cannot fault them. They were superb. Thank you so much. You were like-savers. You stopped the room from spinning enough for me to function!

I had the pleasure of visiting Larchwood Pharmacy today to collect my daughter prescription as this was the only pharmacy in the area to have her antibiotics considering there is a national shortage. The pharmacist was very friendly and helpful and the staff was very welcoming also. Larchwood Pharmacy is highly recommended
