Crompton Pharmacy

I cannot recommend the staff team at Crompton Pharmacy highly enough, they are all so kind and genuinely caring and always willing to go the extra mile, they are fantastic with my prescriptions as I have a chronic condition and are always nice enough to ring and text me to let me know my prescriptions are ready and will always offer helpful advice if needs be. They are open long hours and every single member of staff is personable, caring and they all have a good sense of humour whilst remaining professional and efficient, I cannot rate this pharmacy high enough , what a brilliant bunch.

Amazing service. I don't normally give reviews but the pharmacist here deserves an award if he hasn't got one already. I don't live around here and needed some medication i had left at home. I left the pharmacy with exactly what i needed with no fuss or bother - one happy lady. My mum recommended going here as the same pharmasist is always helpful to her.

Lovely pharmacy! Extremely friendly, warm and professional. They have brilliant opening hours (open till late evening all week) which helps those who work office hours.

Apparently it takes over 30 minutes to give a prescription that is sitting in their pharmacy. I don’t understand how that works or is reasonable? Ended up leaving and having my repeat prescription delivered to another pharmacy after the scheduled delivery of my prescription never arrived on the agreed date.

Absolutely awful!!! Since being taken over from boots, have been let down with every prescription. It’s either not ready with plenty of notice or they lie as to when they receive it so there’s nothing in stock.
I have always used the same doctors and on the NHS app I can see when the prescription is electronically sent to them, yet they still lie. I’ve called in before I collect many times only to arrive to incomplete orders.
Today after picking up another incomplete order and interrupting them ‘messing about behind the counter’ I told the lady of the problems. I was given nothing but excuses. Blaming the GPS for sending them late. I was told to find somewhere else. No apologises!
So I contacted the WHitley house to tell them, that the pharmacy blames them for their failures and now I will be collecting my prescriptions elsewhere!!

Absolutely useless. They mess you around with prescriptions. Fair enough if something has to be ordered in but then they tell you to come and collect it when it’s not even there. It took me three attempts to get my prescription. Another experience by a family member was also appalling when they didn’t have the items on the prescription in the 14 days they had to order them in, it should not take this long. I get the impression that the staff don’t actually know what they’re doing half of the time and the customer service is equally as bad. I will never use this pharmacy again! It’s such a shame the one next door had to close down as they were great.

Constantly have problems. Call to see if my prescription is in and told yes, go down there, and my mobility is not great to some excuse why it isn't (pharmacist or assistant misspoke, shipment didn't come in, etc), with NO apology! I will be switching pharmacies and I'm devastated that my old pharmacists and Boots that operated in that location ever had to move. I'm always treated horribly by the new owners.
