The staff are very welcoming and always happy to help. The pharmacist is great and like the staff welcoming and happy to help. Always has what we need in and on the rare occasion he doesn’t it is there by the next day. Excellent pharmacy

The people in Copnor Pharmacy are really welcoming, friendly and can't do enough to help. My wife is disabled and on several occasions when I have had to go away for the day, they kindly deliver items to my home. If on the rare occasion they don't have what we need they always make sure it is in the next day. I can't recommend this pharmacy enough.

I have a health issue and find it very difficult to make an appointment with my doctor. I have used this pharmacy before as I find the staff lovely and so helpful even when the pharmacy is really busy. Nothing is too much for all the staff that work here. Today I saw the Pharmacist. He is a very nice gentleman, very understanding and extremely helpful. I felt like he actually listened and came up with a solution. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone with its friendly staff and wonderful pharmacist. Please be patient as it can be busy due to the excellent service provided.

I have used them for the past 10 Years. Able to sort out repeat prescriptions and give advice when needed. I would recommend them, a great bunch of people.

Never had to use their delivery service up till today, when I phoned the lady was very helpful and understanding and said she would do her best to get my husband's medication to him by the end of the day.
It was delivered within a couple of hours, needless to say we are very grateful.
Amazing service.

Unhelpful staff. A family member picked up a prescription on my behalf and was told by the pharmacist serving to keep the receipt and come back if there was any issues with the products. I went back the next day to return one of the items that wasn’t needed and was refused a refund. The staff tried to use the excuse of “covid” and that once a product has left their pharmacy they cannot return/ refund anything, if that’s the case why did the pharmacist advise to bring it back if there was any issues? Or why even give receipts out? Ridiculous “policy” they have on returns considering the product was still in tact / no seals broken / completely unused.

Fantastic pharmacy, so helpful and will always go the extra mile for their customers. My mums meds are always delivered on time. And my own prescription problem with my surgery was dealt with superbly by them. Cant rate them highly enough.

I can't recommend this pharmacy enough. I wish I knew the name of the Pharmacist, he is wonderful. He was so helpful when my little boy had a bad rash on his neck a few months ago. And then today, we went to pick up a prescription for antibiotics but the prescription hadn't been sent through from the gp yet. I had planned to pick them up tomorrow, but the Pharmacist personally delivered them to our house this evening! What a lovely thing to do! Thank you!
