Got a spare couple of hours to visit the Pharmacy? Then this is the place for you!

A thirty minute wait in a line outside is not uncommon. Then once through the door you find your prescription no matter how long they've had it is never ready. So another 15 mins wait. All this with quite possibly the most miserable assistant in all of Coxheath who makes out after you've waited for so long that she's doing you some kind of favour. I've given up on this place. I live in Coxheath but will be collecting my script from Loose in the future.

Most of the reviews here are fairly negative, but none of these reviews reflect my experience with the pharmacy.

The staff are friendly and informative, the wait times aren't too long if you go to the pharmacy at the right time of the day.

The only issue I have is the opening times listed online are inaccurate and they actually close at a different time than what is stated online. Not to mention, I even called up to ask what time they close. They told me 6:30pm, but when I went to the pharmacy at 4:20pm they were closed, which was very infuriating.

Other than that, I have no issues with this pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy I have had the misfortune to use. Being the only chemist in a small village, I am often forced to use this awful place when assisting a family member. Even when there are few customers, the pace of the staff is slower than sloth-like...with little explanation or politeness. Meds are frequently missed from prescriptions, a long wait is nearly always the case even if you are told it's ready when you phone ahead. Appreciate it's not an easy time, but covid can't be blamed forever, and other chemists are no way near as bad. Avoid if you have anywhere to be or anything to do in a hurry, as it's always the same!

absolute joke of a place, i was there 9am on a saturday and was the second customer to be served, my prescription hadn’t been made up even though it was sent there 4 days before. i waited 20 minutes for 1 pack of pills before i lost the will to live, really how long does it take for a pharmacist and his little helper to get get the prescription together, i left in the end hopefully they will send a text before i shuffle of this mortal coil

I now use a pharmacy in Greggs Wood Tunbridge Wells near my parents who recognise me and ask how I am every time. And when my step dad goes in asks after me still.

This branch could never get my prescriptions together and I would always be waiting between 30-1hr no exaggeration, as a terminal cancer patient with hypothyroidism, the last thing I need is more issues with chasing meds. Barely ever a friendly hello and always stressed out and agitated. Eeekkk.

Appalling service, avoid this pharmacy! Would give 0 stars if I could!. Firstly the persons manning the tills need training in customer service skills, we are talking GP receptionist levels of politeness and helpfulness. I was told to come back after 1pm the following day as they had to order item in. Fair enough so returned as instructed, item not ordered. Told to come back the following day after 1pm and when I did item still wasn't dispensed. This week repeat prescription, thought I'd give benefit of doubt, handed in on Wednesday, went to collect on Friday. Lost the prescription, when they did finally find it buried amongst a mountain of plastic baskets, only to be told they haven't ordered the item and to try somewhere else!

Absolutely dreadful we have had the phone put down on us when trying to get through. They blame the telephone line BT. Which is a not true. They don’t tell the truth about when they have had prescription come through from the GPs. There always items missing. The staff just cover their own backs. Then they have the brass neck to say that if customers are rude the won’t serve them. If they were not so incompetent and just tell a bunch of lies the customer's would not get frustrated and rude.
