The pharmacist wouldn't even look at the prescription issued by my specialist back in Romania, even if it complied with all the requirements for EU prescriptions in the UK: ink signed, dated and under my name.

So unprofessional calling customer to 'shup up', arguing, shouting, i highly unlikely would trust them especially when it comes to handling medication.

Very friendly, helpful and professional. The pharmacist even personally delivers medication to my elderly father if he is unable to come in and collect for himself and that's after a long day at work! Good people and service.

Good and very helpful staff in this pharmacy. The prices are very fair too.

Ridiculously understaffed with typically sullen counter service.
Frustratingly long waiting times, even just to be told they've no stock/prescription.
One has to regularly reorder repeat prescriptions a day in advance, which maddeningly defeats the point.

Went there looking for somme things the guy in counter sitting down playing on his phone then when I’ve asked him what i want he barley look at me until he finish what he does then speaks to me by signs langue laziness barley speak
Even previously had an argument with pharmacists wish is his relative for same reason they don’t respect customers at all

Extremely incompetent and unprofessional,I was the only one in the store and the pharmacist answered the phone ,continued to have a conversation for the next 10-15 min of me waiting for my pills (which was one pill ) . No one could give me NHS advice or tell me how I would order another script , surely working as a pharmacist in the Uk ,they would know how this would be done . Extremely unprofessional ,don’t waste your time go to another pharmacy

Rude, insolent staff who watched idly as I struggled to enter with my pram. Despite the fact that the pharmacy was completely empty, the man at the till couldn’t be bothered to prop open the door. He rolled his eyes when I asked for help—that was when I decided to take my business elsewhere.

This went beyond poor customer service; it was a lack of simple common courtesy.
