Prima Pharmacy

The pharmacists are the kindest and most caring people who take their time with you. There are not many chemists like this out there. I heartedly recommend them.

This is a great pharmacy where I always receive excellent and courteous customer service. Kam (the pharmacist) is very knowledgeable and is happy to provide advice and guidance if you have a problem or query. I have used Prima Pharmacy for many years as it’s good to support local businesses that are an asset to the community.

I've been a customer with this pharmacy for well over fifteen years. The pharmacist and his assistants have always been knowledgeable, helpful and caring. A very good service and I'm happy to use and support them through these difficult times.

Myself and my family have been using this pharmacy for the past 25 years and have always found the pharmacist and his team to be very helpful and informative. All items required always available, and more than helpful at flu jab time with my elderly parents. Carry on the good work.

Prima pharmacy has been my family’s local pharmacy for over 30 years. All the staff there have always been approachable, knowledgeable, polite and caring.They continue to keep Covid safety in mind by there important policy off one customer in shop at a time., as it is a small local pharmacy with limited space to keep staff and customers safely distantant, if they did not. The pharmacist has done a marvellous job at helping sort and follow up the numerous prescriptions my elderly mother requires from her local surgery. Would highly recommend this local pharmacy and will continue to support it .

I started using Prima Pharmacy a few years ago when I got fed up paying ever increasing parking fees in the high street to use Boots. Recently I developed a condition and am visiting Prima for medicine every 2 weeks whilst my doctors get it under control. The staff are always friendly and I feel because it is a small chemist, that they are familiar with me, my condition and my personal circumstances, more so than a big high street chemist chain would be. The current covid restrictions mean only 1 person is allowed in the shop at a time which is not ideal but I feel my safety is being respected and appreciate it also provides protection to the staff too. I hope to be using Prima for years to come.

I couldn’t recommend this place more. My little girl had a raging fever and a rash. I called 111 and they referred me to the surgery. I called them and after almost an hour I got cut off. I then went to Prima Pharmacy. The pharmacist was so knowledgeable and reassuring and made me feel at ease. I showed him photos that I had taken and explained that I had done the “glass test”. After spending quite some time, he said it looked like heat rash and recommended some medicine for the temperature. He then said I should call 111 again or even go to A&E if it got worse and said I could call him at any time. Turns out he was right. The fever went down and the rash cleared up. For a first time dad he was really comforting and I will now continue to use him.

We are very lucky to have Prima as our local pharmacy The staff are always so polite and helpful and the Pharmacist is always available with great advice. They were great and very supportive throughout my husbands cancer treatment going out of their way to help
