Appalling customer service by the pharmacist.
Having taken my required prescription they did not order until after 4 days. When I got upset as it was vital medication that they had not ordered. I was shouted at and told my prescription was always too complicated. Really…blaming the customer for suppliers being oos, isn’t acceptable behaviour. I have decided to make a formal complaint. No customer should be treated like this.

If there was a zero star I would have chosen that! My 90 year old mother phoned on Monday they took down the prescription. Phoned again on Wednesday to check, they didn't know anything about it, gave details again. No delivery! Phoned again on Friday, they didn't know anything about it AGAIN. So AGAIN for the THIRD time had to give prescription details. They are a SHAMBLES! I don't know how they can call themselves a chemist

Shocking customer service. Waited 20 minutes for my baby son’s prescription, 2 days later whilst at the hospital after using the medicine found out it was expired!! Never again will I go there

Always friendly and really helpful. Big screen up and floor markings to keep people separate. Small make-up section, cuddly toys, and other items. You can also bring your dog inside if you need to!

Pharmacists & other staff are always friendly & welcoming. Excellent advice about my medications is always provided.

Brilliant service every time I have visited. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are very friendly and approachable.
