Great little pharmacy, very friendly and helpful. Never had a problem with a prescription in 10+ years and always dealt with quickly. Don't understand some of these negative reviews. Who tries to buy a syringe!? ...... Would recommend to everyone.

A well-stocked, organised, and convenient local pharmacy, which is located very close to High Brooms station, and has on-street parking close by. The pharmacy also provides free deliveries for the vulnerable. Additionally, staff have a professional attitude, with the pharmacist offering knowledgeable medical consultations.

Terrible experience, the pharmacist didn't fill my prescription because he wanted to talk to me about my 81 year old mother being rude last time she came in. My Mum is a frail 81 year old and has never been rude to anyone in her life. Then gave me lecture about the prescription I was picking up for myself and how the NHS didnt like the fact I have 2 prescriptions for the exact same thing, oh and the other customers in the shop and his staff all found out what my prescriptions were for!!! So much for medical confidentiality. I wont besetting foot in the placexagain...

I changed to Hollis from A.N.Other Tunbridge Wells pharmacy. What a difference! By contrast with the complacent, constantly under-performing muddle I’d had to endure before, Hollis are well-stocked, well-organised, always polite, intent on helping customers instead of point-scoring over them. Yes, parking is difficult, but where in T.Wells is that NOT the case?

Rude pharmacist if you need an emergency prescription don’t bother willing to leave people in pain just because they are not your regular pharmacy!!! Took my prescription straight round to greggswood pharmacy he was so very helpful he didn’t have what I needed but orderd it for me and even offers to deliver it to me the next morning !!!

The worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. Missing repeat tablets on most occasions. Tried to ring the pharmacy to enquire and told today phone has been taken of the hook as nobody to answer the phone. Advised them that they did not dispense my blood pressure tablets and they made a mistake and told not my problem. Dealing with this pharmacy is enough to give you high blood pressure!

Worst pharmacy I have dealt with. Until recently I would have given 3 stars. Not the best, but not the worst. Floor staff are pleasant, but it always opens late after lunch. However recently I had a really unpleasant experience with management who tried to make me feel guilty for a very simple request, which was part of their job - telling me how someone would need to spend their evening looking into my request and how long it would take. Management definitely do not go above and beyond to help. Do yourself a favour and move to Greggs Wood Pharmacy. I cannot recommend them enough - so kind and went out of their way on day 1 to help me get my tablets without making me feel bad in the process. The guy there even rings me every time they come in to let me know.
