Really bad service . Where has the customer care gone . 1st of all I’m a heart patient who’s tablets have ran out and I requested an emergency supply of 2 tablets until my prescription comes through in 2 days But the pharmacist said no they cant do it ( which by the way they have done before) to call the doctor and make an appointment ( don’t know when the last time she booked an appointment with a doctor maybe 1945) and waste nhs time to see doctor when in not sick . Me and my family have been using this chemist for 30 years and in 2 minutes they have just lost all of my family custom . Not only did she not take into account my medical history but she also over exceeded her authority. Absolutely disgusted. It was not only medication that I got from this chemist but toiletries aswell . Does she think that she has a more important roll than the doctor?surely she should be lightening the load . Plenty more pharmacies around here so not a problem .

The service here is honestly terrible. The staff are rude and always have a bad attitude. Every time I've gone in for my prescriptions they never have it even though the doctor has sent it across electronically, plus I'm on repeat prescriptions and they NEVER have my medication ready.

After an appointment when the doctor sent the prescription to them, I went in and they told me they didn't have it rudely and tried to send me away. I have really bad anxiety along with depression and they could've just looked at my prescription history and put 2 and 2 together.

So I called the doctors surgery right in front of them, and when I gave them the phone to speak to them they literally jumped into action and gave me my medication. They were trying to send me away and expected me to go cold turkey from my anti-depressants.

Can never get my name right, and are not good about being discreet with sensitive information, all round just a terrible pharmacy since the new management.

Blisteringly Incompetent. Unable to accept email prescriptions, then they’re on the phone to my dentist and I show them my email of the prescription. Still uninterested in helping or communicating in a way that’s at all professional. Totally frustrating, taking my business back to Boots

Great and helpful staff in this chemist, always feel safe in there with social distancing etc and great service for prescriptions.

The person behind the counter didn’t even bother to look up when talking to me. After I asked for my medication, she continued clicking on her phone for a minute before turning around and trying to find it for a couple minutes, obviously no idea what she was looking for, then just told me to come back later when the chemist was in.

Save yourself the trouble and just go to one of the other chemists nearby, this place couldn’t care less about customers.

Really bad customer service didn’t even bother to apologise after they handed me a repeat prescription of a brand that I am allergic too even though it is clearly stating on their system that I shouldn’t take any other brand of the medicine except one particular brand. They still keep sending me the brand that I shouldn’t take . Now enough is enough time to change other pharmacies

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about, I’ve been using the pharmacy for over a year and a half now for regular prescriptions and ad hoc medicine purchases and I never experienced any issues. The staff is always kind and so far all medication was available within a day of the prescription getting issued.

Very rude staff unlike I’ve seen anywhere. Gossiping about patients in front of others is really unprofessional and a violation of privacy. Shocking.
