I can't praise these ladies enough. Always friendly & helpful. Due to my condition I can't always carry all my meds to the car but they do it without even asking. Brilliant. Thank you.

Classic British service.Some staff are very rude,unhelpful,and totally unfriendly.Prices are high.Has 1950s opening hours.Closes for lunch,and not open Saturdays.

A pharmacy that closes for lunch!? Are you for real? And 9/10 you'll be confronted by a rude member of staff who seems to think getting your prescription is an inconvenience to them. Have now gone elsewhere and treated better.

Asked to come back later, only to find the next day they are closed for 3 hours due to staff shortages

The most unprofessional chemist I have ever been to, very aggressive and rude dispenser the chemist could not differentiate between my name the patient and the name of the doctor then accused me of presenting an illegal document all because she do not know how to do her job. While the male dispenser is fast with his temper and thankfully there was another lady dispenser who pulled him back before he attacked me.

Brilliant service from this chemist, pick up your prescription from the doctors yourself, take it to the chemist, medication is always in stock, ready in five minutes, service with a smile, staff are polite.

Ideal place to come if you like to be treated like a mild inconvenience. Nice lady at the till almost made up for the rude pharmacist. First and last visit.

This pharmacy is a nightmare, staff has no clue what they are doing. Every single time they ask come back later to collect prescription. After multiple visits response will be wo don’t have this item please take prescription and try somewhere else.
