Tesco Pharmacy

Been spending 20 min a day here for the last 2 weeks, kept on being told my chronic medication was ordered only to be told a week in that they require a GMC number from the exact same doctor prescribing this to me for the last 5 months. Shocking bad service given that i am a week off my medication and am now experiencing health issues, a little bit of honesty would have help me mitigate the risk. Stay away is all advise i can give.

The communication is just terrible here. I’ve had to place an order for medication over 5 times and each person has said something different. Been told it’s ordered and to wait until end of the week. Went to check after a week and it’s not been ordered will have to wait 48hrs. It’s just ongoing and the medication I require is running out! Super frustrating!

Do not choose them for your medication GP sent medication to the 6days later No alert to day it ready. Only found out when I called the GP to chase. Poor service

Been there last Friday and I was shocked by the pharmacist attitude and professionalism. She was extremely rude when I have asked more information about a condition and its treatments. I work in the healthcare industry and I am shocked to see certain people still have a license.

I went for perscription gave them my name for the perscription and the pharmacist heard me and decided to go move his car which took abouth 30 minutes

Booked an appointment two weeks out at a time that was listed as available online. Turn up to my appointment to be told that the pharmacist giving vaccinations has gone home.

Been waiting over 2 weeks for medication, keep getting told I will receive a text once its in and hear nothing, really disappointing service.

So lovely- Always seem to be friendly. Let them know your pescription do your shop then collect it at the end.

I moved over from the boots because they were really slow.
