Hainault Pharmacy

They are all very friendly and welcoming. It's like a village chemist were they know your face and your prescription better than you. It's very comforting when you got several medications.

Really good service. Polite and welcoming staff. Abdul is my favourite staff member. The 2 pharmacists are very good as well.

Terrible service since mr P. Sold it. The staff is rude, arrogant and are a bit lost in the back. They are all disorganised and just treat the customers badly. We all talk about it in the neighbourhood. Most of just just changed pharmacy. They don’t even deliver to bedridden patients.

It’s very frustrating when the pharmacy is supposed to manage your prescription and doesn’t. I have to call to remind them for items to be repeated and they are still not there when I nearly out of meds. I know they are busy but if they can’t handle the amount of prescription they manage why ask in the first place.

Supposed to open at 9am but no sign of anyone at 5 past and the shutters were still down. Had to leave because I needed to get to work, which is apparently not the case if you work at this pharmacy

This pharmacy is here for years with a lot of different and new faces. Every time I come I see someone new I will say it’s an amazing pharmacy but there is one thing the owner needs to look at which is to get enough staff. This young lady called larain was on her own dealing with a lot of stuff.
She is the best I Had few words with her.
She was doing her best.
She is amazing my medicines were ready on time as she promised.Highly satisfied

Used to be really good, Amit and His family were previous owners they made it so easy, since new people especially the New Pharmacist she hasnt got a clue. The staff make a commitment she comes out making her own rules. It really has gone down the drain will be using a different pharmacy.
