Shadforths Pharmacy

Booked an appointment for a flu jab. Turned up and the chemist could not do it. I had specially created time in my business calendar . So dis organised .

Counter staff very pleasant and helpful.

Regularly seems to be issues between the gp sending prescriptions and the pharmacy receiving them, meaning prescriptions are getting lost and therefore not available. One of the senior pharmacists is extremely rude and seems to think the above issue is somehow the customers’ fault based on how she speaks to people. It’s a shame, as the rest of the staff are lovely.

I cannot speak highly enough about the amazing service that Shadforth provides the local community.

I ordered medication to be ready today but hubby would only be able to collect tomorrow due to work. Not a problem.

Suddenly, a short while later, there was a knock on my front door and to my utter shock and surprise - a smiling friendly man was standing there with a Pharmacy packet held up in his hand for me to see.... it was my medication!!! He said that he was delivering from Shadforths Pharmacy!💥🎉 I was shocked and speechless with delight and appreciation!!

They are all brilliant,they are very helpful when i phone about prescriptions,and there delivery service is spot on.
