Not been in there yet but the lady on the phone was very helpful and I will be buying the product today.

Lovely helpful supportive staff

Went to pick up a repeat prescription this morning but couldn’t go in the shop as I had my (very well-behaved) small dog with me. I telephoned the shop whilst standing outside twice to check the prescription was definitely ready and neither attempt was answered. Whilst ringing I watched the staff through the front window. There was one customer in the shop and the two staff I could see were very relaxed. Very poor service but, due to lack of local competition, I guess I will have to persevere.

I went down to Lloyd's Pharmacy in Carshalton Beeches today (Saturday) at 17:20, went to open the door and it had been locked early (closing time at 17:30), I was there to pick up a blood glucose monitor for my terminally ill father. I even though the people behind the desk could see I was knocking on the door, confused why they had shut early, both members of staff decided to ignore me. Luckily the pharmacy in ASDA at the bottom of Sutton stays open until 22:00 so I went there and got what I needed, without that machine I wouldn't have known that my dad's glucose levels were very high and in need of a insulin injection today.

Service here is very poor the young lady serving is surly and quite rude, the pharmacist is also rude and unhelpful. As mentioned by another review, they shut at 17.22 instead of 17.30..I would find another pharmacy if you need one...
