I have been placing my prescriptions with them for well over 5 years and have never let me down there staff are knowledgeable on all aspects of health an when I need advice or an alternative medication they have either given me advice or made a suggestion the best place if not the 2nd best pharmacy in Bedfordshire

Been using for a while for my prescription. Today I had a major spam in my shoulder, so walked round to get pain meds and my prescription with my dog (knew I couldn't cope with 2 trips out... Too much pain) opened the door and asked for help. All sorted by an incredibly helpful young woman! Further supporting why I go there! Thankyou!

You don't appreciate a good pharmacy until you don't have one. West Street Pharmacy is brilliant. They are friendly and on the ball. They are fast and so helpful. You don't have to queue for ages to collect or drop off. They are informative but solution focused too. Would definitely recommend them. Keep up the brilliant work! 👏

The staff are absolutely amazing. They do my Mum's prescriptions and they are not only fast but so professional and always have them in, even though she has so many. Keep up the good work.

This is a really good local chemist. They are super helpful and always put themselves out to get the items you require. They help my elderly mum with her repeat prescriptions & deliver too. I would just mention that they actually don't open until 9.30am.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and more stock than other nearby pharmacies, who have to order everything. Fractionally higher prices than average but worth it for the personal customer service.

Edit (Dec 2021): it's worth calling ahead to check if they're doing Flu Jabs on the day. I called a couple of weeks ago and was told they were only doing them Mon-Thurs (not great if you work Mon-Fri but they are open until 7 if you can drive or don't mind walking there in the dark), so waited until I had a day off today (Monday), but was told the only person that's trained/allowed to do them was on holiday! Of course they deserve holiday but it is frustrating when they have signs on the door and inside saying Flu Jabs available 😔 I had to pick up a prescription so wasn't a wasted journey but would recommend calling (if you can get through) and checking first if that's all you're going for. It's not the staff's fault, but the bureaucracy they have to go through every year to be able to offer the service 🙄

The pharmacist and staff are very helpful, customer friendly and go beyond their duty to provide excellent support to customers👌🏽
