Mr. Nicu Hogra, the Gentleman that I have have been dealing with, is a High Class Professional, he knows EVERY PRODUCT at your Pharmacia like the back of his hand.. One of a kind in the area, highly recommend the pharmacy, staff are very friendly, polite and knowledgeable.

The guy behind the counter is rude and has a big ego for a guy earning close to minimum wage. The ironic thing is his not intelligent at all especially knowledge on health products or pharmaceuticals. I also have had situations where he refuses the 14 day policy without reason.

Avoid this shop as there are many shops just like this in the area with such better customer service and knowledge. Guy behind the counter should be without a job as there are so many individuals willing to put in the hard work especially in current times if the owner knows what's best that is.

I just can’t explain how wonderful the manager of this pharmacy is! I rang up feeling a bit anxious as I’ve just been diagnosed with coronavirus, and needed some help with organising a gift basket for my mother in law, I honestly was so overwhelmed with how completely accommodating the gentleman was! What an absolute diamond! Pharmacia, I hope you know what an asset you have there! Give this man a raise!!! X

Had a couple of instances of poor service. The two guys working there were patronising and I couldn't help but feel it was because I was a woman. Will be avoiding in the future.

Incompetent, booked flu jab appointment was not registered on their system (“omission” while they even asked my DOB over the phone), vaccine was not available anyway.

Very helpful and nicely laid out pharmacy.
