Jade Pharmacy (Parkbury House Surgery)

I received excellent and caring service from the staff at Jade Pharmacy (Parkbury House) tonight. The Babylon doctor had ordered a prescription that we sent to be collected at the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy to check if the prescription had arrived and it had not. Dilan and his colleague were really kind and spent a lot of time trying to locate the prescription and figuring out why it had not arrived. They advised us on how to contact Babylon to sort the situation and called us back when the prescription was ready. We managed to pick it up before the pharmacy closed, thanks to their kind help and advice. Thank you so much!

Not sure about these negative reviews, I've had a very different experiences here.
Have been several times for prescriptions, they're always open until late which is great.
The staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable.
I called with questions several times, have always done their upmost to help out.
Don't listen to the St Albans Karens, everyone here does their best to help here.

We didn't realise we had to enter our number plate at the pharmacy. We received a fine for parking there despite having used the pharmacy. We were told it is not possible to remove the fine despite being able to prove we used the pharmacy.

Fantastic service this evening (Sunday 855pm), even offered to stay open a little later as I was going to be close to closing time! - the only pharmacy I could find with amoxicillin which is in shortage at alot of places at the moment.

Little awkward to find, but the dark and being in a rush didn't help. Anyone suggesting they aren't open are most likely up the road at the wrong pharmacy!

Anyone complaining about parking tickets... There is signage inside to say to enter registration etc... It's not rocket science!

I am currently receiving medication for my depression and needed an emergency prescription for this medication as I’m away at my boyfriends and have no tablets left (sertraline has been on my records for 8 months). My practice is an online surgery (hazeldine medical practice) which operates from Wembley providing services for people all across England. As your pharmacist is negligent he didn’t understand this and thought I was trying to unlawfully possess a prescription. I now have no anti-depressants and as a person that suffers severely this is extremely dangerous. I’d really look into the proper training of your rude and un helpful staff as this isn’t acceptable. I’ll be taking this further. Anyone else who needs anything sorting in an emergency situation please do not put your trust in the incapable hands of this surgery.

Staff were friendly and the pharmacy opens early and closes late which is great for emergencies!

Handed in a script and on collecting received a completely different item!! This could’ve been detrimental as it was a script with a specific strength to reduce and lower my eye pressure. I’d just had 2 surgeries to my eye so the pressure was almost off the scale and was meant to use this drop in addition to other pressure drops and a tablet all given to reduce the pressure, another pharmacist there though it was a genuine mistake….. the script was clear and concise for Iopodine 1% preservative free…. They gave me 0.5% with preservative…. How could anyone confuse the script for anything else….?? I think the pharmacist is incompetent!!! I had to drive 17 miles to hospital px twice to get this eye drop as PX does not stock this item and can only order in so it’s very clear when I’d dropped that didn’t bother to order and thought they could pass on the lesser dose that could put my vision at risk!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE SO FOLKS LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A GOOD PX😳
