Rowlands Pharmacy Rugby

I'm new to this pharmacy and on my first visit I found the whole experience unpleasant. On arrival I saw an elderly gentleman who was waiting whilst his prescription was being prepared and complaining about the wait, I then stood at the counter and waited to be served. I stood for 5 minutes as the pharmacist and his assistants worked away totally ignoring me as I considered leaving my prescription for another day, a simple acknowledgement would have been suffice, but nothing! I was eventually attended by a young man who just looked at me, totally expressionless and without uttering a word before I asked for my prescription. I look forward to the day when robots serve us, in the meantime I'm considering having my medication delivered to me at home to avoid going there again.

Clearly not interested in helping people in need. My mom ran out of her medicine while on Holidays in UK because her flight back was cancelled. They could have offered to assess my mom and provide an emergency supply but said they were not able to help.

Really annoyed. Checked Google and the main Rowlands website for closing times, both of which say 6pm. I left work early so I could pick up my wife's medication only to find a note on the door saying that they are closed at 4pm during lockdown! Lockdown did not happen over night. We are half way through a one month lockdown. Change your timings on Google AND your company website for goodness sake. Just called to see if they are open tomorrow as I don't trust the website saying 9am and expected an answerphone message with opening times and nothing, it just rings out. Seriously thinking of taking our business elsewhere.

Needs to update website as stood in que because website said opening at 8am to be told they don't open until 10am to public. I know these are difficult times but clarity would not put so many people at risk

They cannot even open on time, is second time when I come 10 min after opening hours and is still closed.

Very slow service near eveytime I collect prescription and I can heard telephone keep ringing as no-one answer yet! 1/10 star rate service

New management turned this place around, now every time I go in I feel like I am being listened to. Though waiting time still can be lengthy I can see the reason is that they don't want to make mistakes. Really impressed by new management, thank you for your hard work.

Never have my prescription ready and never answer the flaming phone. Would never recommend to anyone.
