Went today Saturday as website says open to 1 pm to collect prescription for controlled meds. To find it shut at 11.33 and sign saying closed Saturday and Sunday. Utter disgrace these are vital meds that docs won't prescribe until the final day of previous. Now have a weekend off no med thanks for that. Webs site updated a week ago

The attitude mum ordered tablets from hospital gave her prescription and wasn't there when she ordered them so slow and don't care about patients it's unacceptable! I would give 0 stars but can't unfortunately needs shake up desperately

Monday's and Fridays are busiest for wanting prescriptions, but I guess they do their best with that they have. You can always try of Tesco Pharmacy or even Boots as they may have that you are looking for.

Repeat prescriptions rarely ready on time. Frequently mislay prescriptions that they have called patients to say are ready. Exceptionally long queues. Avoid, one of the worst pharmacy experiences ever.

I had booked a COVID 19 test for travel here and wanted to check that all was ok for the appointment. I tried 11 times over 2 days to contact via phone and had no answers. Cancelled appointment.

I asked the pharmacist a specific question and was sold the wrong product on the back of their advice.
4 weeks to have some resolution to this matter. Very poor indeed.

I use this pharmacy all the time & all the staff there are lovely & the pharmacist, Paul, is a really Lovely guy & if you ever have any issues, concerns or questions he is always happy to listen & recommend any treatment he thinks will help with no judgement 👍🏼😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
