Excellent services by the pharmacist that are there. Tasneem and arti are very good pharmacists and give you the information you need regarding your medication. I very highly recommend them

Always liked this place, the ladies are always friendly and helpful and nice to my little boy. V disappointed then to be spoken to like a naughty child by the elderly male pharmacist when prevailing on their mercy for a repeat prescription having forgotten to reorder before going on holiday (they'd dispensed the same prescription to me many times before). He said it was my fault and problem (which I'd alresdy agreed with) and that it wasn't his responsibility to help me because it wasn't an emergency. I do not appreciate being told what is and isn't an emergency by an old man about a problem which only affects women. F.A Strange pharmacy on Lower Clapton Rd were really helpful and sorted it out in minutes. I will never go back to Safedale. Nasty and judgemental with no idea of my medical history and quite how important that prescription was for my health.

Where do I start? First off it's very close to me, about 5 minutes walk.
We will start with the Saturday staff as I usually go there on Saturdays to collect my prescriptions.
The staff there are very friendly and helpful and also ways have an answer to any issues or questions you may have.
Kay and Ume are spot on always willing to go the extra mile to help/solve any issues you may have.
Bk and J are the pharmacist who don't say much but are always on hand if you any medication concerns.
The week day staff are great BUT today's review is not about the week day staff, HEY Chelsea how you doing?.
Any way that's enough for now, so if you any medical needs or questions pop down to our local chemist and have a word with them.

Bought non-woven swabs last weekend, whilst awaiting supply from my GP. Now run out and GP supply not ready yet, so I went back to Safedale. Pharmacist promised me they were non-woven, but nothing to confirm on packaging. I opened them and found then to be woven (like an old-fashioned dishcloth) and unsuitable. They tried to make me pay for them, but I wouldn't.

None at their shop across the road, either, as someone was in this morning and bought the entire supply.

It's no wonder people prefer shopping online when you get such bad service and product knowledge in shops.

Went there for a quick consultation, the doctor start it quickly and he explained everything briefly also he was nice and polite so it was a great experience

Absolutely useless! I called to set up a prescription..the lady on the phone was difficult to understand and I was passed on to her colleague in the middle of the conversation. When I asked her colleague what was the reason I was told that she was in training....My advice is to ensure that part of her training is to communicate! I had to repeat my details for the 5th time to then be told that they were unable to do it.
