Staff are very helpful and friendly. Pharmacists are very knowledgeable and have the patients safety at the core of their practice. Having worked in the NHS for 30 years I can say with confidence that I trust this pharmacy so much more than the nearest high street brand across the road from it.

I have been a customer since June 2008, and over these 14+ years I cannot fault them. Every single member of staff, and especially the current, have always been very courteous, friendly, helpful, engaging, and professional. Their advice is first class, and we should support our local pharmacies. You cannot ask for better. Or more!

The pharmacist who was selling Covid test at £180 during Covid. We all know how much it cost now. Hope he enjoyed my money, I never been again

Ever helpful pharmacy with good advice. They have helped enormously when we have had an urgent prescription requirement - they take the misery out of trying to contact the GP! A good team of friendly staff

I'm extremely happy to say that I've done my Covid tests/PCR in the Caxton Pharmacy.
Since I booked by phone until I get my results was perfect! All the results were sent by email and the lovely doctor called me to make sure I got it by email.
The Day 2 test I've posted and got the result on the next day!
Going to Portugal again at the end of the month and I've booked already my test in the Caxton Pharmacy!

Took Prescription in yesterday advised will arrive next day at 11, went in today informed it had not arrived today and it would take 48 hours. No good to me as the medication was meant to be taken for 5 days after operation. Unreliable service will not return.

I've used Caxton Pharmacy PCR testing service on numerous occasions for Fit to Fly and Test to Release. A professional and friendly service and I always got my results emailed the same day. I have confidence in their quick turn around and I highly recommend them.
