Well Brixworth - Hunters Way

Service has recently (June-July 2022) gone noticeably downhill. My repeat prescription used to be prepared within a couple of days and I would get a text to confirm it was ready for collection. These days I don’t hear anything for a week and have to go in and wait while it is done. Nobody on the counter and the phone isn’t answered. I agree with the previous reviewer who mentioned the lovely young woman who used to work there. She was polite and friendly and gave the flu jab. I also agree with another recent reviewer who says this branch needs new management.
Another day, another visit and even worse this time. Massive queue inside the shop and service slower than a tortoise on sleeping pills. No text for “ready to collect” after nearly 2 weeks. I am going to try an online pharmacy.

Gone massively downhill lately. Obviously understaffed and the shelves are not being stocked correctly by the looks of it.
It's a real shame to see this pharmacy going downhill, and I am considering switching.
New Management might be the way forward, and desperately needs new employees.

Great pharmacy never had a issue staff were polite and helpful

Waited for 40 minutes only to be told a prescription that was with them for 4 days was not ready due to staff shortage. Advised to return between 4.30 and 5. I hope for a positive out come.

Always never answers the phone
Put the phone down
Never seem have medication
If you won’t report phymac then chestnut doctor across road have set something up

Pharmacy beyond any joke, have never waited less than an hour for prescription meds in there with no more than 5 people in it.
Waited half an hour today just to find out if the meds are ready to be sent in another qeue to get them.
The shelves are black of dust, opening times don't mean anything for employees, never pick the phone up.

Did not carry out service referred by 111 for my partner, for a healthcare provider they don’t really provide or care for your health. Unfortunately now he had to go home again to call 111. Hopefully he can get some help from people who care.

Have just waited 35 minutes in the queue of 5 people. Didn’t get anywhere near to being served so had to leave as I was already overtime on the 20 minute parking in East Street.
It’s a total shambles with CUSTOMER SERVICE being the least of the priorities in this establishment. I still am waiting to collect my medication which should have been ready on Monday!!!
