Charles Harry Pharmacy

Due to the layout of the pharmacy it is very confusing as to how many people are in the shop at any one time. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem but with current circumstances it makes this a pharmacy that I will avoid in future.

The staff are hardly friendly and not very quick at filling prescriptions.

They lady who worked here was very helpful on the phone and then when I visited this morning. A really nice shop.

They always go above and beyond for their customers. I am regular at the pharmacy and always feel looked after and cared for whenever I’m there. Feel privileged and lucky to have a local pharmacy that’s as lovely and amazing as Charles Harry :)

Unhelpful and slow.
Refused to administer medication to me I have been using for 25 years.

It has a good stock of toiletries and medicine. I personally didn't like the "only 2" customers allowed in, as there are no one at the doors to control, but you are likely to be told at one stage by the "caged" staff. It is a big place and could have been better organized. However, staff was pleasant and i did get what I came for.

I’ve been picking up prescriptions, getting help for minor things etc. since about 2002, and they were good then - they are definitely still good if not better!

It has all the best qualities of a family business, eg staff remembering names etc.
