Good pharmacy been going here for a few years, staff are friendly. As usual have to wait 10 minutes for your prescription but there’s free parking outside and a few shops around to kill the time.

Appalled by basic service.
Prescriptions are never ready on time and always end up making multiple trips.
Also found staff lying about submitting requests to drs for prescriptions aswell as lying about any communication.
Wouldn’t waste my time with them.

Manager (Shiv) went out of her way to help source antibiotics for my child. The rest of the team are always helpful aswell

If I could give no stars for this pharmacy I would. This is the worst pharmacy ever. Not only are the staff rude and miserable they are extremely slow when it comes to serving customers or doing anything in the shop.

My GP sent my prescription to this pharmacy electronically which means the prescription should be ready when I go to collect it. I was told there would be a 15 minute wait, which defeats the point of having the prescription sent electronically in the first place.

I had asked my GP not to send it here but they already had which was no issue as I thought I would be able to call them and ask for the electronic tag number for the prescription so I could take it elsewhere. I called the pharmacy 30 times throughout the day without no answer. When I asked in store if they ever answer their phones I was told they were under staffed so couldn't answer.

I was told by a staff member that I would just have to make a complaint. This really is unacceptable treatment of patients and the pharmacy should have some lessons on customer care and on how to actually speak to people.

If you can avoid going here then do so.

I do not recommend, they always lose or forget something. there is a problem every time.

They Don't Answer The Phone, It Always Comes As "Line Busy". Waiting Is Stupid Even When The Medication Is Ready. Service Has Gone Downhill! We Have Been Phoning For An Hour Over A 100 Times Now And It Shows As Line Busy. Why Have You Even Got A Phone If Your Not Going To Answer It?!

Prescription send to them about a week ago and medicine still not ready staff member told me to comeback next day or wait their for 20 minutes. I wait there and got only half of my medicine and on the next visit I waited in the queue for 15 minutes and not been served or even greeted all of them them were very busy and walking around an doing nothing and at 7:05 one of their staff member said we are closed.

I’ve been calling them since Thursday for my remaining medicine and they never answer.

Very rude staff and horrible customer service. I wish I can give them zero star for the services they provide all the time.
