Just cannot believe the reaction I got just cause I was on a work call for 3 minutes while my son was in the push chair. The woman at the counter aggressively came pointing the push chair asking me to leave the shop and make the call. It was only for
3 minutes. I cannot move with the push chair and a 3 year old that swiftly of course !

The young woman at the front counter is extremely rude and aggressive. She called me “rude” when I asked her how long the wait for my prescription will be as I had been sitting and waiting there for 20 minutes already. And she had the audacity to tell me to “get out the way for other customers” when I was waiting for my prescription and no one else was in the store.

Female Pharmacist is very bullying and speaks to grown people , that work in the nhs aswell like children . Very not comforting rather bullying go to another pharmacy if you want to be dealt with correctly

I was a customer of this pharmacy for a couple of years. It offers very convenient hours and it’s handy to have such place locally. Usually the service there was good though some medicine was overpriced. However my experience there today was awful. The young female pharmacist was very impatient and even with a mask on her face I could see that she was in a rush to get rid of me. You would expect the person over the counter to have some listening skills as a professional helping people but it was probably too much to ask. I doubt if I go back there again.

I am in need of medication constantly and have quite a few. Barkers being open 7 days a week and long hours, provides flexibility and less stress. The customer service by Poonam the pharmacist is impeccable; always helpful and caring. Always goes above and beyond to help & explain the medications.

I would put 0 but there’s no option to do that. I went in the store today at around 7ish pm. Me and my cousin asked the worker there for a clear blue pregnancy test that showed the weeks, the lady there called Alexandra gave us the wrong pregnancy test, we got home opened the box read the instructions and realised she gave us one without the weeks. We went back at 8.25pmand told her she gave us the wrong one, she looked at the box and continued to say it was the right one. We took the instructions out and showed her it was the wrong one. She then went to check if there was another one with the weeks and realised she gave us the wrong one. Even though she was in the wrong she still made us pay for another pregnancy test just because we opened the sealed box. I told her she was in the wrong & we asked for her help so we wouldn’t get the wrong one & she still gave us the wrong one!! She then proceeded to get her colleague to come tell us that they wouldn’t give it to us for free even though it was her fault all because they couldn’t sale it. This woman works with medicine and can’t even give out the right pregnancy test and made us spend £35.98!!! This is so wrong and not fair and I told her that and I told her we could speak to the manager and they didn’t care !

I have been going to barkers for years and rate them. However yesterday after being served and me telling the lady i was stressed and trying to re arrange my PCR test as thanks to the doctor who hadnt sent my prescription through i was delayed at the chemist. I had lots of bags with me so was just finishing on my phone to book another pcr test when i was asked to leave because there was 3 people in the shop. My reply im just finishing this and I was hear first. She said yes but you been served.

I was shocked at her rudeness and as i stormed out i said yes thanks for that you know how stressed i am and what i was trying to sort out

I will never use you again now you have lost a loyal customer

How dare you accuse me of telling the person working in the chemist i had covid i did no such thing. I did wear a mask as soon as i could get a free hand to get it out my bag. I was going to do a pcr test. I want to make an official complaint about the slander you put in your reply
