Been our family pharmacist for years.
They are usually our first port of call even before our GP.
They are warm friendly and knowledgeable.
GP surgery managers could learn a lot from the way they run the pharmacy.
We are very lucky to have them in our area.

I find all the staff are extremely helpful & friendly I have run out of a specific medication in the past due to my own errors and the staff have pulled out all the stops to help me I find that sometimes I will ask their advice regarding something I’m going through and I believe they genuinely care about their customers you never feel like you are being fobbed off as I have been in the past with other chemists I have been using Lettsom for many years now and I will continue to do so I can not fault the staff what so ever genuine lovely people.
