I was in agonising pain with toothache. I had taken some medication prescribed by 111 and I just wanted some advice on whether or not I could take paracetamol. The person I spoke to, a man, referring to the phonecall asked me to 'hurry up, cut it short, make it quick'.
Very rude indeed. Surely there must be some code of conduct expected from businesses serving members of the public???

I came back to edit my review as the curly hair young man on the back was really nice and helpful the second time I came in. He even gave me a water bottle so I don’t take my pills with the tea I had in my hand. Very nice gesture and care for its clients. I still can’t rate it 5 stars because the old man at the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful but his colleague really deserves a shout out so the stars are for him.

I used this pharmacy today. The pharmacist was excellent. He gave me extensive and precise, useful information. Some of the best medical advice I've ever had from any medical professionals. Kudos to zafash.

Very grateful they had antibiotics in stock when every other pharmacy in a 1 mile radius didn’t.

Handy that it is open late however the old man at the till made me beg for some tissue as I was crying in pain due to an ear infection… clearly a person with no mercy!

Rude and arrogant person at the front. Couldn't be bothered to help and his response was "What do you want me to do about it?" when asking about a prescription.

The same person was also rude to another customer so it seems to be standard.

I often send my husband for my own prescriptions as they are very often nicer and more accommodating to a man. Enough said.
