Tiny pharmacy inside the supermarket. Hard to get what you look for

Handy as it’s in the supermarket so can drop the prescription in and do a bit of shopping while they get the items ready. Very friendly staff every time I go in, excellent customer service and they don’t keep you waiting long. They’re happy to offer advice too.

I don’t know but I cannot relate to the reviews considering the service I received two times have been there. Grumpy lady that seemed to have no enthusiasm to service me even when she noticed I was standing there. I was given the short shrift when I asked whether they will notify me when my repeat prescription is ready. They didn’t even want to listen why I needed to be notified. Was told come in person to find out if it is ready in the next few days. I suppose it is ok for people who do a shop in Morrisons while their immediate prescription is being prepared. Went to Boots who really understood my need… and knew about customer service.
