Had many problems with another pharmacy so changed to Lloyd's sainsbury, big mistake on the first time of using them and ordered one item. After 14 days and many calls I was told the clinic has not issued the item and they had requested the item A further two times. After going down to the clinic and asking why we have not received prescription they said it was issued to Lloyd's 11 days ago, so what a waste of time Lloyd's sainsbury have caused and the even blamed the clinic as they had proof of requests, BUT THEY HAD THE PRESCRIPTION IN WITH THEM ALL THE TIME NOT TO MENCHION THEY ORDERED THREE ITEMS NOT ONE.
Hope this is a one off. Now to copy to head office

Lloyds Pharmacy at New Barnet - perhaps some re-training in GOOD customer Service would be in order.

Staff are really unkind, and they clearly need customer service training. They can be really nasty and disrespectful. When I attempted to inquire about my NOK's meds and the quantity of items because I had to discuss it with the GP, they hung up the phone on me. The staff hung up the phone on me and informed me that they were busy. I had to return to the pharmacy several times because several of the items from my repeat were missing. We had to wait an additional week for the prescription to be back in stock after they even accidentally gave my control medication to another client.

I was prescribed Tamiflu and it has been 3 days I have not received it. Every time you call each gives you different information.After 3 days they say they can release my prescription to another pharmacy after that again 2 days which means a person gets medication after a week. Ridiculous pharmacy better shut down.
