Not possible to give zero stars, if you are waiting for the end of time then paydens in stade Street is for you. Walk in and be ignored and listen to them talk amongst them self. Prescriptions are never ready when they say, and are much more concerned with gossiping and talking to there friends than serving waiting customers. Tried this chemist so many times as I live nearby, hoping it would change but never does. Very incompetent and ignorant service.

Small, cramped, very small retail offering

This pharmacy only exists as it gets revenue from the nhs as it's got a big doctors premises next door so it gets a steady stream of nhs prescriptions from locals. I'd use as a last resort.

Parking is a bit of a lottery with so many double yellow lines nearby and and any free parking is taken up by commuters during working days.

Joke the way they treated my daughter, who went their to collect a prescription for an elder who had it sent their to be collected. If their close at 12 they shouldn't let people join the que half an hour before only for the lady to slam the door on her face...

A really good little chemist with excellent staff, particularly Linda who's is always great with customers. I've been going there for many years after numerous problems collecting prescriptions at Boots in the High street.

Please avoid this chemist if you can. The fact they are so close to the health centre gives them a captive audience which, I guess, is why they feel they can treat their customers with such utter disdain. I have always felt that they see their customers as a nuisance but my recent visit confirmed this. After asking to buy eyes drops for an infected eye, I was told by the Pharmacist after glancing at my eyes that I didn't need them. I explained that I did as have an ongoing problem with my eyes and was told that he 'was not prepared to sell them to me'. His patronising, possibly misogynistic, attitude absolutely infuriated me. I am 60 years old and he talked to me as if I was some kind of drug addict trying to get my fix! I will never set foot in there again. Within minutes I went to an alternative chemist and bought the eye drops and my eye infection is clearing.

Utterly useless. Prescriptions get lost, can’t get through on telephone. Chaotic service and total disgrace. Avoid like the plague.
