Complete waste of time. Attempted 15 times to get my work related Flu jab only to be lied to each time I go in that it's coming in the next day and the next day and the pharmacist is bringing it in on the next day. Don't appreciate being lied to, if you haven't got it and don't know when it's coming in then say so. Too much effort going into making the shop look nice compared to actually what you are there for...... helping customers.

Always very helpful polite and delivery service is excellent. There is much more help available at Rowlands you just need to ask the best pharmacy around.

Very friendly service and swift, doesn’t take long, I had gave them the doctors prescribed note and waited in the queue for less trhan a minute and they called me over to get the medicine. Great service and efficient.

When you are run down or ill and brain fog has you finding it difficult to think clearly its fantastic to have a trustworthy pharmacy team that communicates clearly and is efficient. If your brain isn't working or awake you can be sure of appropriate response. Really first class.

One Rude member of staff. Who wasn't helpful. When husband ran out of blood pressure tablets. Attitude was you might get them Monday. Not good enough

Just want to say I hope the staff member who was subjected to vicious verbal abuse by a customer yesterday afternoon is ok. No one should ever be treated like that.

I have just called the pharmacy and explained that I live on my own and I am not from the area. I am currently isolating with covid and need my prescription. The lady asked if I paid for them and I then offered to pay over the phone. I was informed there were no facilities to pay by card and would have to be cash, I told her I had no cash and wouldn't be able to get any due to having to isolate. The way she spoke to me made me feel distressed and anxious and when I asked her what I could do she told me nothing they had a business to run. She was extremely rude and her attitude was unnecessary. I have since spoken to a different pharmacy and they suggested going online and buying a prepaid certificate.
Why could she have not have informed me of this? if this is the way you treat vulnerable people then I seriously suggest retraining needs to be done.

I went to collect my prescription at 525pm to be told they didn't have it . I checked with my GP who informed me it had been sent over at 925 am in the morning the same day. Very poor service would not recommend using this chemist.
