Pharmacierge

Very dissatisfied with this service, 4 out of 4 orders have been delayed, leaving me without critical medication.
Staff are polite on the phone however I specifically asked for a manager to call me about the ongoing issues and I was assured this would happen, instead I just got an email, covering 1 of the 4 issues.

This was a missed opportunity Pharmacierge! You could have turned this customers experience around and you chose not to.

The service doesn’t live up to the price - extremely disappointing

Unfortunately the service has gone down a lot... I'll be requesting my Dr to use other service next. They have my prescription for 2 days now... It's now run out and I should not stop taking it.

Update: this review was made after confirming that the medicines are available. The claim that the delays are due to shortage contradicts the claim that they're having issues with their couriers. It seems that the narrative changes with convenience and channel.

I have now switched to provide all repeat prescriptions and those required after remote consultations to Pharmacierge. They offer a brilliant service and patients are impressed by their service. The Pharmacierge team go the extra mile to assist if there any problems. Thank you.

I've tried to call in several times to this company, but alas! After waiting an hour one time, I was greeted by a Molly (Possibly Monnie?), I began to ask if a prescription had been received when I heard a loud sigh and the phone was put down on me! I do try not to leave bad reviews, but considering that's the only time I've ever managed to get through (I've called in around 20 times in the past week!!!) and to be hung up on is quite distressing. I'm 70 years of age and really can't be calling in at all hours hoping to get through, I asked my doctors if they'd consider going somewhere else, but they stated since Pharmacierge had the prescription, I couldn't go anywhere else!

Professional and nothing is to much trouble for the staff at PHARMACIERGE. They always take the time to double check my prescription is available and in stock. Easy parking at the Q-Park sites, it’ll take about 5-10 minutes to reach the PHARMACIERGE front door……they always have several options at the ready to help……. sincere thanks to on and all. 😎🥷🌓💫

The only Pharmacy to use! They offer a truly outstanding service and the staff are always so polite and friendly. I cannot recommend them more highly to both doctors and patients alike

Awful irresponsible service, wish I didn’t have to use them but I’m tied to them by my physician. Emails are not responded to, finally got through on the phone after waiting for an hour, was told my medication would be delivered on Saturday, it’s 9.45pm and still no sign of it. It’s insulting to customers to blame medication shortages, that doesn’t excuse the complete lack of communication and disorganisation. We aren’t waiting for a pizza or new clothes to be delivered, we need our medication. It won’t be long before someones health is compromised because of Pharmacierge’s ineptitude

Takes 40 minutes to hold of them on the phone. (Had to do that 3 times) Get email late in afternoon to say medicine will arrive at 7pm, after waiting over 24 hours to get any contact from them after my doctor appointment. I wasn't going to be home so they offered a 7pm-10pm delivery slot the next day. Service is awful, feels like they are understaffed, wouldn't use them again. Absolute waste of time.
