Extremely slow service, this pharmacy is too small to provide fast service within a hospital. Qued for 20 minutes to see Munir (who really needs to be pleasant and smile to patients, not robotic), it's always like this. After taking my details, I'm given a ticket number and told to wait 20-30 minutes to collect a prescription that was sent to them yesterday! The pharmacy was empty when I went back (30 mins later, I was standing nearby but didn't hear my number called), Munir was relaxed and pleasant, surprisingly. 🙂

This is a terrible pharmacy; the service is so slow and the pharmacists spend more time talking and joking around than serving.
I queued for a prescription 2 weeks ago to be told one medication wasn't in stock. Got a call a week later to say it was ready to collect so went back today and have just been made to queue again for 35mins just to be given medication i had already been given. Turns out the correct medication had been ready to collect the whole time and there was no need for me to queue again today. Staff didn't bother to check. Total waste of my time.
So many improvements needed to this place go elsewhere if you possibly can

I absolutely dread going to this pharmacy. Zero stars from me. I have a long term condition which requires meds that only the hospital can prescribe. Bad service altogether. Have to stand while queuing, painful for me I have osteoporosis, osteoarthritis and scoliosis

They shut earlier then their normal time, when approached a staff at the door to clarifying something he didnt seem to be interested.
There must be a reason why all of these 1star review are coming up and a pattern can be seen, Lloyds pharmacy need to react before people loose their trust in their services, staffs needs good customers training, i for once wouldn’t like anyone loosing their job, but the company needs to react to these poor services and train their staff on how to deal with customers. They maybe be busy due to hospital then please ensure there are enough staff to provide services.

Went to collect my wife medicine at 5:48 PM old man with face mask stopped me saying pharmacy is close, wasn’t even 6 PM. My wife is 9 months pregnant and doctor recommended to get folic acid asap. Service is absolutely rude and that Asian old man doesn’t know how to talk to customers all he keep on saying was we are close come back tomorrow. Absolutely disgusting.

As everyone else has said, the wait times are excessive even when there isn't that many people waiting.

This is inexcusable, the pharmacy clearly needs to adapt so it can serve a hospital.

If you can get your meds sent elsewhere, you will be much better of doing so.

Understaffed, long wait, unhelpful rude staff. Abysmal service. Forced to use them due to none transferable prescription. An abuse of their monopoly. They have been consistently bad for years. Bitterly resent paying them.

Rude staff. Staff had not heard of the word empathy. Unprofessional. Considering this is a pharmacy at hospital staff should learn some people's skills. Long waiting time. Also seen the same staff member who had been rude to me tell someone that pharmacy is closed at around 5.50pm whilst it is open till 6. Forced to use this pharmacy if hospital gives out the prescription otherwise would never use it out of choice. Every time I came here it is the same.
