Well stocked and helpful pharmacy whose advice I have learned to trust. Repeat prescriptions can be fulfilled electronically through Patient Access for collection here. An essential local service which I am always pleased to support.

All staff at The Tything branch are polite and professional - you are remembered if you are a regular which is a nice touch. Very efficient and friendly service overall.

Quite a reliable pharmacy, the pharmacist is a lovely guy! Other staff not too great at communicating and need to work on how to be polite.

So helpful and kind and understanding. Gayle does her up most to get medications sorted and if any problems she will always let you know, but she will always try and sort any problems out first before contacting you. They are so efficient. I have dosset boxes so it's important I get all medication on time so the boxes can be completed and delivered to me. Some Doctors have made this difficult for them and me to complete their job which is no fault of Scales as I said they do their up most. I am very happy. Best pharmacy I have come across in Worcester.🤗
