Kings pharmacy not only offers excellent customer service, they are on the ball and get things done...taking the hassle out of repeat prescriptions and even delivering them to your door. Besides that they offer a vaccination service and health advice with little or no waiting times, all delivered by happy staff. Thank you Kings, you give me peace of mind with my monthly prescriptions. Keep it up :) Priya

The website has the wrong timings on. I was prepared to drive 30 mins to get her for medication luckily i called 6 times prior to arriving to realise that the phone is not answered so ultimately they are closed. It’s ridiculous. I was actually thanking god for there midnight closure until i realised its false advertisement

Worst customer service and owner is a liar and scammer!!! Charged my sister for prescription and forgot to give one and when she went back two days later they said it’s out of stock and now that we return couple weeks later they are refusing to give the medication or a refund. Absolute scammers! Refusing to check CCTV as well because they know we are right but continue to lie to their customers. Pharmacy is all about business, they do not care about their customers, only money. Worst place to go to, would give 0 stars if I could.

Worest pharmacy ever. I have approach them to collect a prescription, on the door there is a sign stating only 2 people allowed in. I have been waiting outside in the cold weather for the 5 people to leave a pharmacy with a sign of only 2 people at a time!!!! So I was observing and following the rules that stated by the pharmacy. However the sixth person came and was about to entre the pharmacy, I spoke to him to ask to wait in the queue. He ignored me and entered the pharmacy so I assumed that (2 people only) sign is not applicable anymore as there is 6 people inside the pharmacy and getting served by the pharmacy members. I entered with my mother and one of the pharmacy staff started to ask us to leave the pharmacy immediately in a rude way. How we need to leave and wait for our turn and in the mean time there is 6 people inside ?????

I wish they will learn how to communicate and treat ALL PEOPLE EQUALLY and RESPECTFULLY!

GET PROFESSIONAL PLEASE. The community deserve better services.

Is not the first time, I observed an argument between one of the pharmacy members and a man, the pharmacy member ended up swearing at the man!!!!! Is this a professional attitude????

Gonna change my pharmacy immediately and will not recommend it to anyone, ever!

Worst experience ever, they are interested in making money and have no consideration for people. Went to pick up prescription and bought some pain killers, told the lady at the counter that if the medication is capsules, I must make sure its suitable for vegetarians as we cannot take any medication that has gelatine in it. She told me the pain killers were suitable for vegetarians and I paid for the prescription. Took the medication home and realised the prescribed medication has gelatine in it. So, I phoned the doctor, and they prescribed a vegetarian version, I then phoned the pharmacy, to let them know I am going to exchange the ones with gelatine with the vegetarian ones. They told me that I must pay a second prescription as they don’t do exchanges or refunds. I spoke to the manager and explained that I told the person at the counter we can not eat gelatine and he said we don’t care, and we don’t get involved in prescriptions. I said why didn’t they warn me before I paid, and he said it sounds like our pharmacy isn’t for you, you can go elsewhere, and shut the phone on me…I have never experienced such rudeness and unprofessionalism. They obviously have something against vegetarians or just greedy for money. I will be reporting them to NHS and Health Service Ombudsman.

Reply - I get your point about the prescription money not going into your pocket, I wouldn’t know how much you get, but that doesn’t excuse the rudeness on the phone, the bad attitude and complete disregard for the customer. You made no attempt to be polite and try and find a resolve for the problem. Yes, the doctor also had blame, and I phoned them to have a go at them as they were aware we could not eat gelatine, but they were polite about it and apologised for their mistakes and made every effort to reassure me it would not happen again. The doctors had good customer service skills.
In the end I went to a different pharmacy who sold me 10 vegan empty capsules for £1, so I emptied the content into them, solved. As soon as I walked in, they were ready to help. Also, spoke to the NHS and they said there is a procedure to get a refund for a prescription, as you said it’s a tax for a service and that service wasn’t provided and as such a refund can be provided.
Your total lack of empathy for the customers problem and the tone and rudeness is what upset me and could have been handled far better.
