The Wallington Manor Pharmacy has always been a very good one. The customer service was of a high standard. Nowadays when all the former employees left and the pharmacist changed, it is absolutely the pits. They give you medication which you didn't order. They change the brand without informing you. The pharmacist is late and prescriptions can't be given to the customers. The waiting time before you are served is very long. Don't think I am the only one who complaints about the deterioration of the pharmacy as the customers are all talking to one another about the service and wished that the former employees would come back.Nor recommended.

I already wrote a review some time ago and my experiences then were very bad and I was planning to change to another pharmacy. However, luckily I didn't change as just before I went on holiday and needed my prescription Shrina, the new pharmacist, arranged for me to receive my prescription the same day and called me that I could pick it up. Very good service.

Shrina called the surgery and managed to get it for me. All the staff has been changed now and the way they treat the customers is now friendly and efficient. I was watching the girls who served the customers and they are now doing a good job.

Again I am glad I gave this pharmacy another change and I asked if they are now all permanent and the answer was they were. I am absolutely satisfied with the pharnacist Shrina and the other girls who work there now. Well done all!

Called the Doctors Monday with an issue, I was called back within 30 minutes and was dealt with by Dr Claire Pambos. What can I say...she immediately arranged for a urine sample and blood tests within 24hrs. Once the results where in she called me and provided me with everything I needed! What a great Docotor and what a great surgery! Thanks to all!

Complicated medication requests are always handled with care and attention. I have allergies to some of the different colours used in brands, so they always try their best (even during the Covid lockdown months) to get the brands that I'm ok with. Considering I have to take around 12 tablets a day it's a lot to manage. Fully appreciate the help the staff give me over the phone and in person. I've used a lot of chemists in the past, so glad to find a pharmacy like Manor. Ive been using them for over a year now. Never had any problems.

I would seriously becareful joining this pharamancy.

They make up your not on their system due to lack of training then they dont sent repeat prescritptions. Leading me to rush to the doctors to be told they must send the request and that its their errors. I also have something else on medi pharamancy which would take their whole pharamancy. Put it like this they dont mind making life taking results with dispensing medience correctly. The doctors also comfirmed how rude manger is. They dont know how tablets work, what group they belong too or how to speak to people with mental health they dont care. Im just so appalled because every job ive had we wouldnt get away with the mistakes their doing.

Had enough of being poliet and shuting up when really i should voice it. It might help someone else. They is 2nd time they done this.

Even lying about members of staff being their when its recorded. Now this could of been sorted but its all the pharamancys fault she was being diffcult or dont know how to do the job?

Please stay away there not helpful they wont correct their errrors and make you suffer. Ive worked for them there always understaffed and lazy due to customers and now im just telling the truth.

This will be taken further as i have a very serious complaint somebody needs to know they could of had blood on their hands.

They need out the job they cant treat people like it and this is being taken much further as ive noticed they just put down the phone.

Always excellent service. On several occasions my doctor has failed to send my prescription, and the excellent staff have chased it for me. They always provide excellent advice, are always polite and charming and very prompt service. Would highly recommend them.

The pharmacist was very help when my prescription went to the wrong company though a app I had not signed up for. He was very helpful and explained what need to be done before he could issue me with my prescription
All in the same day.

As a customer of Manor Pharmacy, wallington for more than 5 years. My experiance of service is excellant and never had any issues. The staff is always helpfull, well informed and friendly.
