I had the worst level of customer service possible today.
To the point it was so disrespectful, dismissive and somewhat despicable; that I actually had to call the pharmacy's head office and make a complaint.

This is not something I do regularly or lightly.

Therefore please understand that the service was that poor, this drastic measure really did have to take place.

Lloyd's pharmacy (this one in particular) has gone down significantly from my perspective.
However, what I will say; is the complaints department handled the call and the situation very well.

I do hope that the staff in hear can get it together and provide a better standard of service in the future.

Bought some vitamin tablet yesterday, they were expired in April, so I asked for a refund today. They wanted to know all my personal details, I showed id but they wanted to know my full address, ridiculous! I've never been asked for so many details for a refund!

Other times staff showed their ignorance and incompetence: once I asked for some vitamins to help immune system as winter is coming, and the staff person smiled and wasn't sure to know what I was asking. Another time I went to ask for some voltarol patches and the person said they don't sell it, but as soon as I turned around I found them on the shelf.

Disgusting how some incompetent people manage to get a job in a pharmacy where you'd expect to find competent people you can trust.

Worst and miserable pharmacy ever, avoid even if it's the only one in your area.

This place used to be nice; though the service wasnt always great most of the people working there were nice. Most of them have left and the 1s left seem to have become desensitised & have begun to treat their clients like dirt...at times ignoring or making sure you learn you are not a priority no matter how sick you are they just refuse to do their jobs. All The caring people seem to have left. Now a pathetic excuse for a pharmacy!!!

When I asked for help about my online order, the person that I spoke to didn’t have any clue about what that was, and when I provided her with an email from online service that was asking me some additional questions, she just asked me to call them next day. So, when I came home, the doctor from the online service has approved my order and sent me confirmation that I can collect my prescription any time. But before going there I tried to call the place. It took me ages before someone answered the my call and it was the same lady that I spoke to earlier. This time she has asked me my details and have said they didn’t have my order. It was frustrating for me because I was just wasting my time. However, after speaking with her colleague, miraculously she confirmed that they have my medication.
I went to the place again and there was a queue of around 6-8 patients waiting on their medication too, and from their conversations and complaints I could guess that they have spent there quiet a long time.
The amount of personnel was enough to serve twice more people in less time. They look super confused and disorganized.
In the end, I have received my order without “ please take a seat because we are looking for your medication” what other people have been told.
I will never waste my time for this place again and indeed I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone else.

On three occassions I've had to wait over 45 minutes and they always have issues with my prescription. Can't find the details on their system, failed to put in a repeat prescription request or just don't have the medication in stock. Their telephone line is constantly engaged. The service here is infuriating, painfully slow. Four people who arrived before me were also sent away with same issues. One lady with her baby was made to wait nearly an hour only to be told they'd lost her slip where she'd written her details on, so she provided them again and was eventually told they only have part of her items available and she would have to try tomorrow. Avoid if possible! I would give them no stars if given the option.

This pharmacy is just awful. You have more chance of winning the lottery than collecting a repeat prescription without incident. They're incredibly unorganised and do things like make you sign 10 times for a single prescription of 10 identical boxes. Their covid precautions are a joke, they don't wear masks and those that do pull them down to speak. Now I just make the journey to Touchwood, it'll still be faster than dealing with this place.

As much as I don't think this pharmacy should close - there are very few pharmacies around here - this place is rubbish. The assistant is not helpful and tried charging me for something I didn't buy and then tried charging me for 2 items instead of once. It took over 20 mins to refund me the money.

They constantly mess up my medication every week it’s proscribed for me, I suffer from a blood disorder that causes pain. This pharmacy will tell me they don’t have any medication for me causing me to run around to find out where my medication is? They always have it (miraculously find it when I’m angry) and when you express frustration they deem it irrelevant.
