Ropharm Chemist

I went here to pierce my daughter’s ears, they were very professional and did a good job. The customer service was really good and the staff were kind - i noticed this with their other customers too. They made us feel welcomed to settle/feed our daughter before leaving. I would definitely come here again and recommend their services.

Professional Staff and always been there to help and guide you properly ,
benn there many time for my prescriptions and always they been helpful and even if there is some thing missing in the medicines from gp side they do proper guide , specially Mr, Austin have good patience and experience to deal with customers ,
strongly recomend to use their services if required.

Avoid, go further down to Dulwich. The receptionist and pharmacist Amisha are extremely rude, condescending and I sense possibly racist too. There was an undertone, it is difficult to describe. It’s also not child friendly, the receptionist will spend the whole time giving your child/ren evils. Very miserable that receptionist lady.

Lovely helpful, friendly pharmacist. No question too small or unimportant, no hint of judgement or condescension towards an injecting drug user and nothing too much trouble. Lovely people all round.

Staff are wonderful

The pharmacist here goes above and beyond for people like me who are vunerble and probably every one who use ropharm chemist honestly don't know how I would cope through the past year as I don't have much family and friends in London and I'd of been in alot of trouble and even now with my vaccine not working due to immune suppression the pharmacist and he's wife to in the past have always put my needs first and understand my anxiety and situation I've actually never had such support from anyone in the NHS let alone my pharmacist highly recommend this chemist :) they always make sure I have my medication occasionally they order it in but will give me enough for that day and there very kind people to who genuinely care about there customers / patients

Nice and spacious, really nice staff who were good for a chat!
