Since doctors have started issuing electronic prescriptions, this chemist usually say they know nothing about prescriptions and had me ringing up my doctors 4 times on the same day to confirm that the prescription has been sent. They continued to "know nothing about this" even after being contacted by my doctor and my doctor telling them to "do their job and refresh their systems". Slow service, no space for wheelchairs, and a lack of enthusiasm to help. Will be using another establishment in future.

This place is a great place, with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The space is small and so does get crowded, but look at the demographics it has to cover...Try to go at other times if your time is short, everyone's time is short. The issues with the electronic systems are not the staff's fault, it is an internal system that works most of the time and on occasion fails.. but if your doctor's admin is not working well, then the trade off is that your pescription is not there.Complain to your doctor, not your pharmacist! I have had a few minor issues, but the staff have always been helpful and tried their best to solve the problem. WE have to work as a GOOD COMMUNITY, the NHS are a brillant system and I am so HAPPY to live in the UK with a free health service. Thank you to the staff and the NHS!!!! It helps to be nice to people for God's sake! They are only trying to help you...

Tiny Local Pharmacy but it get REALLY BUSY... The staff are helpful though and try their very best to see people as quick as possible or help resolve the reason why they are there.
Personally, one staff there named Mel is really fast, she normally sorts out her department ASAP so usually in the morning then when patient needs to come in and pick up it is already ready and literally just needs to get it and hand it over. I wish more people worked like her in every store!! Wprk ahead to stop or prevent delay as much as possible

Couldn't be any slower or act with any less urgency. Even when you do get in after waiting outside for 30 minutes, they'll take 25 to hand over routine medication and operate the till properly. Avoid

Really, really, really slow to pick up a prescription. Everyone crowded into a tiny space and mask-less, staff serving people in a different order to the one they came in. I usually use taplow, where it takes 1-2 minutes to queue and pick up my prescription. I had to stand and wait for 20 minutes in here, despite there being at least 5 people behind the desk.

Really small pharmacy where demand is significantly more than the supply. Small team of staff available to assist. Dispensing time can be be rather slow.

Very very slow waiting times, no sense of urgency. All staff seem bored and are very unwilling to help with very blunt answers. I was left sobbing in tears with the way one of the pharmacists spoke to me after refusing to let me in to collect my medication even though I had arrived before closing time, they are so slow they couldn't get through the queue fast enough. I had to go home for Christmas the next day and was without my medication until I could return to collect it 3 weeks later. Terrible terrible service and I will not be using this chemist again.

Slowest pharmacy in the world. Make sure you have nothing else on that day.
