Warburtons Chemist

Appalling customer service. Avoid this chemist at all cost. I'm a working man who paid £8.60 for my prescription, waited 30 minutes receive only part of my order and told it would be ready the next day. Went the next day, handed in my owed slip, waited 15 mins was approached by the same shop assistant and asked if I was next, told her I was waiting for my prescription and I'd given her my slip, she replied ok and walked off. 15 mins later I asked if it would be much longer. She asked what I was waiting for. (You see where this is going). I got chatting to a couple of customers and not one of them had a good word to say about the place. I finally got what was owed some time later. I will not be going there again.

Been in today. I was standing out side waiting because there were two people in side waiting. Lady came up to door. Straight in no asking if I was queuing. And she had no mask on. People working inside said nothing to her. Sometimes I wonder why we all bother

Generally speaking when you go into the chemist they’re lovely staff. Couldn’t rate the staff enough. Having medication ready on time, or the right medication prescribed can sometimes be an issue. I’ve been in many times with a prescription then given the run around to go to different chemists for a prescription that is needed urgently because they don’t have the medication prescribed. The massive let down however is the phone line. Only one phone which is fine and I get other people have queries and calls but trying g to get through to them on the phone is like trying to find a needle in a hay stack. I can truly understand why the nhs is under strain and people go straight to the walk in centres and GP instead of seeking advise from a pharmacy because if you would rather call them to make a query where you’re at home and it’s more private you can’t get through on the phone at all!

Always helpful and friendly. Very busy though.

I have used this pharmacy for several years now and have always found the staff helpful, polite and friendly. Easy to approach and knowledgeable. I use this pharmacy for my monthly repeat prescriptions and they have always had them ready and waiting. I highly recommend them.

Staff always very friendly with me and always accommodating to my needs. Very helpful and knowledgeable about my medications. I switched to Warburtons a couple of months ago after having problem after problem with Johns Chemist that I used for years. I would recommend highly to use Warburtons Chemist.
