Worst pharmacy in the UK. I went there on the 4th August 2020 and there were 2 more customers before me. I was asked about my prescription as soon as I entered and then after waiting quietly (because staff inside looked so busy) for 25 minutes, a lady asked, "have you been served" to which I said yes and then the next minute a male staff casually walked with 4 medicines in a basket which were ready for quite a while. I enquired about the missing repeat prescription and after waiting more, another female staff casually walked towards the counter and very unprofessionally said, "your medicine is not here, ask your GP surgery".
I have now changed my pharmacy to Lords on Kingston Road. This has happened many times before too.

Absolutely awful communication with customers! My prescription was sent to this pharmacy a week ago, they did not get it ready and I am very deficient on vitamin D. I made a visit to them this morning and they said to me to come back later as it will be ready then (pharmacist was in meeting)
Today was my only day off to.collext the medicine , I waited all day to then go back to pharmacy and find out that my vitamin D has to be ordered for tomorrows arrival. When I asked the lady , why this was not communicated she said they are busy with lots of other prescriptions. I am very sorry this is not the way to handle a patient who needs medication. I will never go to this pharmacy again. Please read this review before you step in

I booked in a health check twice at two different branches and both times the branch said they have no idea of my booking and no one can perform the health check. What a waste of time. I have called head office to discuss this and no one cares nor have called me back. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

PLEASE TAKE THE ADVICE OF ME AND MANY OTHERS ON HERE AND STAY WELL AWARE FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is the third time in a row they don't have the prescription in stock. How can everything my family and I need be special order item? I am a GP and that rubbish does not wash with me. Hydrocortisone cream never in stock, child antibiotic not in stock. When I ask who is in charge of stock the answer is 'all of us' so either all of you are incompetent or one of you does not want to take responsibility. Sort it out. Your rating is 2.7 on google for a reason, you're doing something wrong.

There are no words to describe the level of incompetence. It’s one excuse after the other, but final result is always the same, zero level of care, zero attention to details, zero customer care! I gave them plenty of chances but this time I will make sure nothing or no one gets sent here again.

If I could give no stars, I would. I’ve lived in the area my whole life and used this pharmacy (as it’s my closest one) and the quality of staff has always been the same. Rude. Every time I’ve been in to collect my prescription, the pharmacist is late, which has made me late for work. Every time. The staff are abrasive and have this profound skill of making you feel like a fool. The staff are detached and jaded. I do think it’s a real shame that residents have a consistently negative experience with this pharmacy. They have a real opportunity to be a force for good in the community and to have a positive impact on it’s most vulnerable.

I've put NO STARS, worst customer service experience ever, they don't care about their customers. My elderly mother has often waited up to 3 hours waiting for her repeat prescription after being told on the phone that they are ready to collect. Last week instead of 4 weeks medication they only gave her 1 weeks medication, now they are closed half day Saturday and not re opening until Tuesday, they think we are still living in the 70's. Avoid this company, oh how I wish they were contactible by phone at this minute, I'll give them some customer service.

Always had good service here Cannon Hill Lane sometimes have to wait 10 or so minutes that’s no problem. I found the staff very friendly.
