Good place to get Frontline flea treatment for dogs and cats, much cheaper than the vets.

Good pharmacy, but when you come to collect your prescription they aren't always ready at the set time of collection so the staff could more organized.

I have a repeat prescription that I collect from this chemist once a week every week and I went to collect it to be told they'd got none in, as they'd given them all out today!! They're fully aware that I have a prescription and collect on the same day every week!! Leaving someone without their regular medication is terrible!! I could fully understand if I just got a prescription sent there by GP but this is a regular rolling prescription!! I thought this pharmacy was great until this!!! Absolutely shocking!!! Plus I was lied to being told the GP hadn't sent a different prescription when in fact the GP had sent it 2 days previous!! Awful service!!!!

Ordered insulin two weeks ago. Part of prescription was ready after a week and was told the rest would be ready in a day or two. Gave them another week and still not available. Pharmacist contradicted herself when questioned about ordering policy. Causing me a lot of stress as I’m going abroad for two weeks with not enough insulin. Also, when an order is ready it takes forever to get signed out. This used to be a well run and efficient pharmacy. Not sure why it’s become so bad.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Has that independent shop feel that you don't get in places like b--ts. I'm of the generation where you consult first with a pharmacist for minor illnesses instead of booking with a GP and they are always happy to help, whilst always considering your privacy dignity.
