Arrived at 8 (stayed opening time) to pick up a prescription but no one was there. Waited for fifteen minutes but no one turned up. Very inconvenient.

Same problem as William above...stated 8am opening, I work nights so on my way home to pickup prescription.. 4 times.... No one there to assist

Poor service, unreliable staff who promised they will dispense medicine in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later they gave me back the prescription told me to go another chemist. Medicine in stock but no one to dispense it. Shame!

Pretty dishonest. They sold me a mask at a very high price and it was different from the one displayed on the box. The mask is pretty useless because it keeps falling

I booked in a health check twice at this branch and another branch and both times the branch said they have no idea of my booking and no one can perform the health check. What a waste of time. I have called head office to discuss this and no one cares nor have called me back. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. I am waiting for someone called Sandish Kanani to call me but he's not going to.

PLEASE TAKE THE ADVICE OF ME AND MANY OTHERS ON HERE AND STAY WELL AWARE FROM THIS COMPANY.

What a joke.

I don't have any issues with the products itself I just have an issue with the customer service. I tried to pickup the parcel I got and the employee just skimmed through the parcel and couldn't be bothered to read the names. I'm so disappointed since I was hoping to get the parcel 1 week from now.

Have my medication delivered from them for many years and never had any problems, quick easy service always on time.
