The staff here are always friendly, efficient and helpful. I’ve picked up prescriptions from here and accessed their vaccine clinic. The pharmacist explained each vaccine side effects and ensured the administration was as comfortable as could be.

I went to this pharmacy yesterday afternoon. People who work there are very good in doing their job and provided me an excellent service. They were very knowledgeable, expert, fast, and very courteous with me both on the phone and in person. There should be more people like them to work at the NHS pharmacies.

Great pharmacy, this is the second time I come here to do the covid lateral flow flying test and both times, I was very quickly and very professionally received and tested by Jamal one time and Raj the other. They are great professionals. Highly recommended. Richmond and Inga were also very professional and friendly. Best pharmacy ever.

I often use this pharmacy to get my son's prescriptions and for that the service is fine and some of the staff are really helpful.
However I have now booked two appointments for the PCR fit to fly tests - one for my in-laws and one for my self and this service is a headache.
Firstly the appointment you are given doesn't really mean anything as you are double booked along side people attending for their covid vaccines.
My in laws ended up waiting over half an hour to be seen as the other customers were just called in instead. When I kicked up a fuss, that's when I found out about the double bookings - which they say is out of their hands and booked directly by the public.
If you only have one pharmacist to do the tests / vaccines and one consultation room, why offer more services then you can handle? Its just a stressful situation for the pharmacist and the customers that are waiting. And after I had triggered a nerve with the staff behind the counter, I was left standing there (waiting to pay) whilst other people were attended to. Today I was seen on time as they remembered me but all customers deserve to be treated kindly.

Rather cursory service. Perhaps they've bitten off more than they can chew. Had my booster and first time in ages let out an audible "ow". Literally jabbed and for a moment wasn't even sure it was long enough to get vaccine. Asked about travel PCRs and very perfunctory replies and costs ranging from £80-£120. They said they offer a more personalised service even if cheaper elsewhere. On today's evidence, I seriously doubt that. Not recommended and I'd avoid for future use.

The pharmacists and all colleagues treat people with utmost respect and even though there were different queues for different issues including covid jab, the protocol was smooth and organised. I am a satisfied customer for PCR fit to fly certificate.

Called yesterday morning to ask if they have antibiotics which was prescribed for my sun , was told they have louds in stock ,i asked to keep one box for me ,he said ou dont worry ,we not gona run out for sure! Came later and they told me they are out of stock ! And they cant even order . Next time make sure you tell people correct information because for you it mitght be funny and not seriuos but for customers it can be very important to get these medications as soon as posible, espacialy if its medication for child ! Very unprofesional service
