I waited 10 days for my sons medication, as it had to be ordered in. I called back my self to see what’s going on, just to be informed that they can’t get this medication in and no one bothered to give me a call to let me know that. Now I have to be without medication for my son for another week or so to get it from another pharmacy. Very disappointed with the service. Will not go back there again. If I could give 0 start that’s what they would have got.

bad and unprofessional attitude!

Went in for a GP advised over-the-counter codeine-based painkiller due to a rare bout of particularly bad pain and was advised that they “don’t have it” and I should “try somewhere else”

I went there today morning to buy paracetamol with caffeine. I am dealing with 🥶 and I realised, I am running out of it.
I was just wondering what kind of product knowledge does the store assistant have and what is she doing without supervision if we are not talking about just paracetamol and caffeine as an active ingredient. I hope she knows her limit and asking help from her college and improving her knowledge.

I call to order my med they put me on hold and never get back to me . So call again the manager was very rude in her approach and unprofessional. I was just asking to deliver my med bcos of my conditions. Also they took me out from the delivery service without letting me know.😒😠

Store needs a face-lift and a little better customer service. Otherwise good, well stocked and reasonably priced
