Manor Pharmacy Harpenden

Have been using Manor Pharmacy for at least 10 years. In the past 12 months I have found them to be consistently unreliable in processing prescriptions and unapologetic for taking up to 2 days to process when forwarded from my surgery to the point I am changing my choice of collection to a more customer focussed Pharmacy.

I would like to thank Louise and all the staff, I receive all deliveries of medication prescribed very promptly. All the staff go the extra mile to ensure you receive a prompt and reliable service. I would like to thank Louise and all the staff for the support I received when my husband passed away, especially during this most difficult time. Louise and staff are very knowledgeable and will explain things to you clearly. Thank you all for your support and dedication to your work.

Manor Pharmacy have always provided the highest standard of service. I have been a customer for many years on behalf of elderly ladies and gentlemen residing in my Care Home.Louise the Pharmacist and all of her Staff are nothing but polite and helpful at all times. Louise is exceptionally knowledgeable regarding all medications and ready to give advice whenever needed. Many thanks to Louise and all at Manor Pharmacy especially working through and coping with the risks of COVID.

Highly recommend. Fantastic local pharmacy, that’s so convenient and centrally placed. Louise and her team could not be more helpful and have really looked after my family and I over the years, especially recently in these challenging times.

Visited this pharmacy as it's the nearest to my work before I start my shift...I went in to ask for some medication ...and the acting pharmacist that was on duty should be struck off .She spoke to me in a totally disrespectful way when I asked for a certain medication...which I might add I was told to ask for by the mental health crisis team.Thanks for the understanding I get enough abuse at work as it is don't need it from you to.

Just incredibly slow and oblivious to people waiting. Never to return. It's really badly let down by just a couple of dimwitted members of staff.

In my view Manor Pharmacy is without doubt the best in Harpenden.
Prescriptions are always ready on time and Correct. They are also extremely well stocked with all the other little essentials.
Staff are polite and efficient. 5 Stars every time....just the Best.

On using this pharmacy I have found the staff extremely helpful and patient when visiting and also when I've phoned them regarding medication queries on my 90 year old Aunt who has lived in Harpenden and used Manor Pharmacy for over 50 years.
