Omid and his colleagues are knowledgeable and always helpful. They are successfully renovating the business. The stock of non-pharmacy goods is much more extensive than before.

Yasmin not only ordered in products for me for next day delivery but then also arranged for the products to be sent via post to me when I couldn't collect them in person. I'm so impressed with her level of customer service and am grateful for her help.

The lady who works in the pharmacy is very rude. A day before xmas she refused to help me and give me an emergency prescription for my antidepressant. She would not even take into consideration that I am a mental health patient. Shen was trying to show me all the details while asking me questions on how I was wrong not to request my prescribtion before without even trying to help and her way was very rude. And obviously she through the responsibility on me and my GP in a very rude way. I am a mental health patient who went through an immense grieve lately. To this lady you can find all the professional ways of working with patient it means nothing if you forget humanity and help during this time. This incidence caused me so much anxiety!

This chemist and pharmacy is a relatively new addition to High Street Kensington it’s stock is sorta limited but the pharmaceutical department has everything I need to keep me happy
Unlike a huge chain of a high street chemist that I won’t name Kensington pharmacy aren’t charging me for the monthly delivery of my much needed daily drugs💊unlike the other pharmacy
