Just had my ear wax removal done by Milena. She was absolutely amazing, super kind and calm, I have very narrow ear canals, which in the past when getting my ears checked at the GP, was told I need to clean my ears and nothing more leaving me with blocked ears/loss in hearing, I was nervous I may be told this again, but no! I have my hearing back and it’s crazy to think I didn’t go sooner and deal with this for so long, and I’m glad it was Milena which had done it! Lovely pharmacy and staff :)

My local GP were very dismissive and didn’t help me at all. Finding this practitioner was a sigh of relief! Had my appointment booked on the day and my blood test done right away. It was so quick and easy and there was even a little dog called Coco to brighten up my mood. Would 100% recommend!

This pharmacy is the most unique pharmacy I’ve been to. Real care, attention consultation from the pharmacist who develops a rapport and takes the time to really explain procedure and importantly after care too. Forget going anywhere else like Boots or Lloyds for your medicine or treatment for ear wax removal. There is a genuine passion for what they do and what even better, easy to get to and park!

My wife and I both had noon appointments with Pearlfect Care Pharmacy for a PCR test prior to travel to Morocco yesterday. I can't praise the ease of experience enough. Parking was plentiful and free being in the premises of the Hilton Hotel Watford and Pearlfect was easy to find. The test itself was non intrusive and professionally done. Test results came, via email, in the evening on the same day. We highly recommend this service.

We had a very great experience with Pearlfect care Pharmacy. We called to change our timings a few times and on every occasion team were pleasant and easy to talk to. Wonderful service and attention to detail. I have had problems with my ears for many years and the gentlemen picked up the issue on our first appointment, I couldn’t believe what they found because my GP failed to pick it up and I had visited over 5 times. The practitioner who micro-suctioned my ears yesterday was pleasant and professional, and made the experience a friendly and educational one. She explained everything she was doing, and effected a successful wax removal with the minimum of discomfort. I can definitely recommend her service as efficient and at a competitive cost.
