Rays Chemist - Alphega Pharmacy

CLOSED BEFORE CLOSING TIME !!
I’m someone who has to work long hours from home (12hrs a day with covid19 happening) went to the pharmacy just before their closing time which is 6pm found them already closed but I could see them inside. Tried banging on the window to get their attention while ringing their phone. The refused to pay any attention to the phone or me ringing. I watched them set the alarm then went I met them at the back entrance at this point it only just hit closing time!!! Spoke to the pharmacists and they claimed they closed at 6 even though I was standing there !!!!!!

Flight missed due to PCR test result delay was not received on time as promised.

Worths pharmacy, I went to return knee support without opening the box within 24 hours they refused the refund.

Great chemist, if they don’t have the item they will order it in and notify you when it is available. Lots of times they’ve had items larger pharmacies haven’t had

The pharmacy is excellent specially Raj . He is so nice and helpful. Nice visit

Ive been going here for over 15 years since i was a kid as i have asthma.

Today, 26/08/2021 I had a asthma attack while driving back from work, i managed to get to figgsmarsh surgery amd ask them for emergency prescription of my asthma pumps which i always get from here, i was told they will send the prescription to Rays chemist, I barely managed to reach to rays chemist struggling to breathe, as I got here, this chemist was only concerned about money, he sed they dont have the prescription but if i want he will do emergency charge and i can pay full price for the pump, i explained the prescription is coming through so please can i have my reliever asthma pump, he could see i was seriously struggling to breathe but refused to give me the pump. A few minutes passed, i stood inside the chemist struggling to breathe until the prescription came through and i got my pumps.

These chemist should not be chemist, they have no regard for a person unable to breathe, only money, he saw an opportunity to make money of someone's struggle to breathe, I think this is a new low I have seen.

Please if you can, get u meds frrom else where and do not support such people.

I was with my wife picking up prescriptions for both of us today afternoon (26/02/2021 ). A lad was ahead of us in the queue waiting for his prescriptions I guess. I noticed this aged Indian man who was looking for the lad's prescription behind the upper counter, LICKING HIS FINGERS as he was going about the stack of prescription papers. We were so shocked and disgusted! We are still in lockdown due to the pandemic and this man is doing this disgusting unsanitary action. He must have forgotten that he's working in a pharmacy, and that people can see him. If there is a security camera inside the pharmacy pointed at the counter, it should have caught him. DISGUSTING!!!

I never visit again....terrible Terrible. They gave one medication in 2022 but charged me for the prescription doctor gave in 2020.... robbery robbery.
