All the staff are very polite and helpful. My prescription is always ready and waiting for me to pick it up. The pharmacy offers many other facilities

Recently moved to this pharmacy from a different one in new Malden.
The staff here are super helpful and friendly. When my prescriptions are sent from the gp they have my prescription ready almost instantly, and if they don’t have something in stock they can order it for same day delivery when is amazing in comparison to my previous pharmacy.

They also sell loads of popular French skincare items - la Roche posay, Vichy and more as well as cera ve and cetraben. This is great as I love these products and they are cheaper than in boots, they also often have them on special offer.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly pharmacy or for skincare products

I've been given the run around by this pharmacy all week and now I've had enough. Twice this week they haven't had my prescribed medication and I have to trail elsewhere without even an apology. Do they really think sick patients should be trailing around every pharmacy in town?
Anyway, today I am not well so my mother goes to collect my medication. When she arrives home I find that the box has been opened and the medication tampered with.
This used to be a good pharmacy, so I'm guessing it's now under new management. A pity because the staff here are now very rude and unhelpful. Therefore I would not recommend.

The only independent pharmacy in New Malden! Very professional staff.

There's a great range of products such as Vichy, Roche Posay, Bioderma. Lovely baby products such as Mustela; and medical products such as Solgar vitamins.

I have been using this pharmacy for the past 10 years and they have always been on time with my medication . Very happy with their service.

Extremely unhelpful. I had passport photo taken at a cost of £15 before Christmas and New Year. When I applied on line I was informed my picture had expired as I hadn't done it within the month (3 days late!). I was told in a very unfriendly manner by staff that it wasn't their job to educate the public. So rude!

Very good service, always have my medication ready and plenty of stock. Amazing passport photos taken, very high quality.
